We will not be liable for any damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products. In the event our product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed. In the event your credit card has been charged, we will issue you with a credit to your credit card.

Sexy Boutique Return Policy

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect. If there is a manufacturers defect in the garment, please contact us, by email, within 7 days of receiving the item. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.

Panty garments and hosiery are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances except for product defects and then only for an exchange. Due to the nature of hosiery products, we cannot accept returns of hosiery that has been tried on, as they stretch out to conform to your shape. Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when effecting a return.
