We stock many items locally, however, due to the large range of items in our store, please allow approximately 10-15 working days from date of order for the delivery of your purchase. All our orders are delivered in standard Post-Pak's or Express Post satchels with only our address and not our business name as the sender. "How will my order be delivered?" In most cases, you have the option to select Regular or Express Post, however, in some instances, we will send your item out via Registered Post. Our shipping rate is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT of your shipment, the shipment method used (Regular, Registered or Express Post) and your destination address. You can always check the shipping cost in your shopping cart before making a payment. Please note, we provide FREE shipping for orders over $100.00 within Australia. "Do you deliver to countries outside Australia?" Currently we deliver to the USA at a flat rate of AUD$25.00. International deliveries can take one to three weeks. We accept Paypal (which has the facility to use Visa, Mastercard, Bank Deposit), Cheque, Money Orders and Direct Deposit (Account Details will be provided at Check-Out). "What is your Return Policy?" We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Returns may be acceptable based on manufacturer's defect. If there is a manufacturers defect in the garment, please contact us, by email, within 7 days of receiving the item. All items must be new, clean and unworn with all tags attached. All items must be returned in original packaging. No refund will be given if returned item has been worn or damaged.
